Phil is Superintendent Pharmacist for Cornwell's Chemists and has represented Independent Contractors between October 200-April 2010; although an employee of AIM members, under an joint agreement actually represents CCA contractors currently. He has been Treasurer since his election in 2006, and has acted as LPC Webmaster throughout his term.
