Our long-serving secretary is about to retire and the committee has conducted a strategic review to establish its long-term goals.
As a consequence the LPC wishes to appoint an able and enthusiastic person to be its Chief Operations Officer who will work closely with its Service Development Officer to expand and enhance the role of community pharmacists in South Staffordshire. |

The PCT have finally advertised a post for a 2 day a week appoint for a
pharmacist to lead on pharmacy development. To apply you will need to go to the NHS Jobs Website, www.jobs.nhs.uk
The closing date is 14th April 2009. Please apply, whoever does the job will fundamentally be the voice of pharmacy for the PCT so
its really exciting that they are investing in this role. The draft job specification can be found in the Document Downloads Section under Miscellaneous. |

We are looking into doing a big marketing campaign for our pharmacies and I have compiled a document with all pharmacy names, addresses, contact details and which enhanced services are on offer. It’s quite hard to get an accurate list from anywhere so I have used lots of sources to put the information together; but I know some of it is still not correct. |
