You should sign a copy of the SLA and return an electronic copy of the signature page to Humankind at contracts@humankindcharity.org.uk

In addition, please also copy in services@southstaffslpc.co.uk as this will help ensure that you have access to the relevant recording modules on PharmOutcomes. On returning the signed SLA you will also gain access to the Humankind Pharmacy Sign Up module which you need to complete to highlight your readiness to deliver the service.
